Juliette B. Pearson

Juliette B. Pearson has over 20 years of experience providing valuation services to both public and private sector clients in the Oil and Gas Industry. She has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including upstream, midstream, downstream oil and gas, oil field services, power and utilities, renewables, healthcare, and financial services.

Juliette advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on business valuation services, fairness opinion, transaction opinion, M&A, purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment, business enterprise valuation, audit reviews of third-party analyses and the valuation of various intangible assets (i.e., customer relationship, developed technology, trademark/trade names, etc.) utilizing various forms of the income, market and cost approaches. She works closely with corporate boards, management teams, not-for-profit directors, and high-net worth individuals in the context of business valuation, equity valuation, investments, portfolio valuation, and venture capital.

Prior to joining Stout, Juliette worked for Ernst and Young (EY) where she performed valuation services with a focus on Energy and Power. She has extensive upstream Oil and Gas technical and operational experience working as a Business Development Reservoir/Exploitation Engineer for BP, CNRL, and Mitsui.
